Ticket & Gift Card/Certificate Sales: Prices of tickets & Gift Cards/Certificates are subject to change without notice. There is a No Return and No Refund policy in effect for all tickets and gift cards/Certificates and events sold through the Qualcomm Store. This includes tickets for movie theatres, local theatre productions, all discounted theme park tickets, local museums, attractions and gift cards. Tickets purchased through Qualcomm Store are to be used at the purchasers own risk. Please review expiration dates, blackout dates, location, opening hours, reservation requirement and show times before making your purchase. Lost, expired, or damaged tickets will NOT be replaced or refunded.  Qualcomm Store will NOT refund or replace tickets due to scheduled or natural implications such as but not limited to: weather, scheduled public events, cancellations, unexpected closure or shutdown of the park or attraction, high attendance, business restructuring of park or attraction, or construction.  If you are unsatisfied or have concerns with the park or attraction, all questions should be directed to their respected customer service center or management. Qualcomm Store nor Qualcomm® is not responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen goods that may occur while visiting parks or attractions we sell or offer discount to.

Payment: All transactions may be paid by check payable to QUALCOMM or using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card. Please include your Employee Number. No cash will be accepted.  The use of Purchase Cards for gift cards is prohibited.  Funds Transfers are not available for store purchases. Orders over the phone will not be accepted.

Shipping:Qualcomm Store is based in San Diego, CA.  All San Diego orders will be sent Internal Delivery (IDF) to your office location and may take up to 2-3 business days, unless specified in the Comment section that you want to pick up your order during store hours. All orders outside San Diego will be sent UPS Next Day Service ($5.00 Ticket) to your office location, unless specified in the Comment section that you want this sent to another address. 

Online Orders:To purchase on our online store, you must be a Qualcomm employee full/part time or temporary employee with a valid Qualcomm email. You must register for an account prior to making your purchase online. You must create a unique username and password. For security purposes, do not use any usernames or passwords that is used for internal Qualcomm purposes (i.e.QualPass). Ensure all information such as Name, Billing Address, and Contact Information is correct or an error may occur during your purchase. Orders are processed at our store location in San Diego, QRC- 121. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email of the details of your order. You will then receive a second email confirming shipment of your order within the same or next business day. All online orders are processed during QRC-121 store hours, Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Any orders received after closing hours will be processed, the next business opening day. If any errors in your order, let us know by visiting http://www.thequalcommstore.com/contact-us/. Consultants, business partners, family or friends who are not employees of Qualcomm, may not purchase items on the online store.

Privacy Policy: Qualcomm Store understands the importance of your privacy and the security of your personal information. Qualcomm Store does not disclose your information to any outside vendor or third party. All information provided is soley used to purchase at our online store and is protected with a password of your choosing when you create your account.
